Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to provide brand education at locations where products are experienced, purchased, or consumed
- Adhere to responsible service practices and alcohol safety protocols
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale displays at retail and event locations
- Collect and transport materials needed for scheduled events and activations
- Ensure all company-issued assets, including uniforms and promotional items, are properly maintained and returned
- Use a personal smartphone to capture event photos and submit post-event reports digitally
- Present a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all current Covid-19 safety requirements to protect both self and attendees
Compensation
Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour
Work Arrangement
Remote — Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire (Riverside & San Bernardino County), Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo

- Scheduled shifts typically occur on Thursdays through Saturdays, from 4 PM to 12 AM
- Events generally last between 2 and 4 hours
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- Position classified as occasional employment with no guaranteed minimum number of assignments
- Selected candidates must complete all required documentation and comply with company policies and marketing standards
- Brand Educators perform various duties including consumer interaction, influencing purchase decisions, completing mobile-based reports, capturing and uploading high-quality images, and managing company-issued payment transactions and reconciliation
- In addition to event participation, ongoing paid online training sessions are mandatory to maintain brand knowledge
- Brand Educators must master detailed information about product categories, distillation or production processes, and brand narratives, and pass periodic knowledge assessments
- Events may be held at diverse locations such as local stores, bars, nightclubs, and large venues like stadiums
- Must be personable and capable of initiating natural conversations with consumers
- No guarantee of continuous work volume upon hiring
- Must maintain appearance standards appropriate for public engagement
