Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to inform and guide them during product interaction, purchase, and use
- Bring brand stories to life in a relatable way to foster consumer confidence
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs on a regular basis
- Utilize digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and prepared to deliver planned activations
- Distribute promotional items associated with brand products to attendees
- Adhere to responsible service standards and report any policy breaches
- Set up in-store displays and promotional materials at retail locations
- Cover event-related product or service costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return company assets such as uniforms and event equipment
- Submit event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support local social media content sharing
- Identify key differentiators between the represented brand and competing products, and share market observations
- Present a professional appearance suitable for direct customer interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

- Candidates must deliver a two to three-minute presentation to prove their ability to represent brands effectively
- Regular online training on brand content is required in addition to event participation
