Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments to provide education and support
- Build consumer trust by authentically representing brand values and fostering personal connections
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete required digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates as assigned
- Use technology platforms to receive instructions and submit necessary field data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and prepared to deliver brand promotions
- Distribute branded merchandise and promotional items to consumers
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any policy violations
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return company assets including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support local social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, reporting market observations
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand engagement
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

- This role is classified as occasional employment; hiring does not guarantee ongoing or minimum assignment volume
- Events typically last between two to three hours
- Regular online training on brand content is required for all team members
