Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and guide their experience at locations where products are featured, purchased, or consumed
- Present brand messaging in a relatable, authentic way to foster consumer confidence and connection
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and internal guidelines
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and promotional programs in a timely manner
- Use digital tools and platforms to receive assignments and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually at scheduled events dressed according to specified dress code and ready to deliver approved promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to attendees as part of promotional initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any observed breaches
- Set up and organize retail or bar locations with approved point-of-sale materials prior to events
- Use a company-provided payment method to cover product or service costs related to events
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return all company-issued equipment, including uniforms and event assets
- Submit event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system after each assignment
- Capture digital photographs during events and share content for use on regional social media channels
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competing products, and report competitive actions observed in the market
- Present a professional and welcoming appearance suitable for public interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment role; acceptance does not guarantee ongoing or minimum assignments
- Candidates must demonstrate in-depth understanding of product categories, distillation methods, and brand stories, and pass knowledge assessments
- Must deliver a final 2-3 minute presentation demonstrating engagement and brand knowledge to qualify for event representation
- Required to sign all necessary documentation and comply with marketing policies and the North America Marketing Code
- Capable of standing or walking for long durations
- Physically able to transport heavy trays, boxes, and materials
- Maintain composure and positivity in high-pressure environments
- Meet standards for consumer appeal and marketing objectives
- Friendly, accessible, and skilled in initiating conversations with diverse customers
