Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to provide education and support during product experiences, purchases, and usage
- Adhere to responsible service practices and protocols
- Set up and manage point-of-sale displays at retail locations
- Collect necessary materials to carry out scheduled brand activations or events
- Ensure company assets such as uniforms and event supplies are properly maintained and returned
- Use a personal smartphone to capture event photos and submit post-event summaries
- Present a professional and brand-appropriate appearance when engaging with the public
- Comply with all safety protocols related to Covid-19 to ensure a secure environment for participants and staff
Work Arrangement
Remote — Oxford, Mississippi
Other
- Work hours are flexible, with most events scheduled from Thursday through Sunday between 4 PM and 12 AM
- Typical activations last between 2 and 4 hours
- Position classified as occasional employment with no guaranteed number of assignments
- Employment does not ensure a specific volume of work or event participation
- All required documentation must be signed and all marketing policies and codes strictly followed
- Regular completion of paid online training sessions is mandatory to remain current on client brand information
- Employees must achieve in-depth knowledge of product category, production process, and brand identity, and pass assessments on this knowledge
- Reliability in fulfilling all assigned duties is required
