Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers at key moments of product experience, purchase, and use to provide education and insights
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brands in a relatable, authentic manner
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences where permitted by law and company policy
- Complete required digital training modules for brand knowledge and program execution
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit activity reports
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand promotions
- Distribute branded promotional items to consumers
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials
- Purchase bar stock or product using a company-issued payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Ensure company assets such as uniforms and event materials are properly maintained and returned
- Submit post-event summaries through the marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize unique qualities of the brand compared to competitors and monitor competitive activity
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures
