Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to share knowledge about products at key moments of interaction
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brand stories in a relatable, authentic way
- Guide customers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and internal policies
- Complete required digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates as assigned
- Use technology platforms efficiently to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand activations
- Distribute branded merchandise to customers during promotional activities
- Adhere to responsible service standards and report any breaches promptly
- Prepare retail locations with branded display materials before events
- Cover event-related product or service costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Take responsibility for the proper handling and return of company assets, including uniforms and event tools
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture event photos digitally and support local social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between the brand and competing products, and share market observations
- Present a professional and welcoming appearance suitable for public interaction
- Follow all organizational policies and operational procedures
