Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to provide education at moments of experience, purchase, and product use
- Build consumer trust by creating authentic, human connections with the brand
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver approved promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any policy violations
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Use company-issued payment methods to cover product or service costs related to events
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain accountability for company assets including uniforms and event materials, ensuring proper return
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize distinctions between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive market activity
- Present a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public engagement
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
