Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to share knowledge about products during key moments of interaction
- Create authentic connections with consumers to foster brand trust and credibility
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and internal policies
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand and program updates
- Use technology tools to receive assignments and submit required field data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand activations
- Distribute promotional items to consumers as part of marketing initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded display materials before events
- Cover event-related product or bar costs using a company-provided payment method
- Receive or collect promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Take responsibility for company assets including uniforms and event gear, ensuring proper return
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture event photography digitally and support social media content sharing
- Recognize unique brand attributes compared to rival products and monitor competitor actions
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Follow all organizational policies and operational procedures

- Must regularly complete digital training as assigned by the market team
- Must deliver a finalized 2-3 minute brand presentation effectively at events
