Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during key moments of product experience, purchase, and use to provide education.
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brands in a relatable and authentic way.
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates.
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information.
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional activities.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional efforts.
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events.
- Receive or collect promotional supplies from the event coordination team.
- Submit post-event summaries through the marketing reporting system.
- Capture digital photographs during events and support local social media content sharing.
- Identify key differences between the brand and competing products and share insights on competitor activity.
- Present a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public interaction.
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.

- Regular completion of online training related to brand offerings is required.
- Employees must deliver a finalized two to three-minute brand presentation at events.
- Adherence to responsible service practices and reporting of violations is mandatory.
- Product or bar spend must be covered using a company-provided debit card.
- Employees are responsible for maintaining and returning company assets such as uniforms and event materials.
- Post-event reporting must be submitted via the marketing reporting website.
- Digital event photos must be taken and shared to support regional social media efforts.
- Maintaining a professional appearance for consumer-facing interactions is required.
