Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with consumers at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption to deliver brand education
  • Build consumer trust by presenting brand values in a relatable, human way
  • Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
  • Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program requirements
  • Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required field data
  • Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to execute promotional plans
  • Distribute branded merchandise to attendees during events
  • Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any policy breaches
  • Prepare retail locations with approved point-of-sale materials ahead of promotions
  • Cover event-related product or service costs using a company-issued payment method
  • Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
  • Ensure all company assets, including uniforms and event materials, are maintained and returned properly
  • Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
  • Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
  • Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and report competitive insights
  • Present a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction
  • Comply with all company policies and operational procedures

  • This role is classified as an occasional employment position
  • Employment does not guarantee a specific number of assignments
  • Employees must sign all required documentation and comply with all marketing policies and the NA Marketing Code
  • Completion of training is mandatory to gain in-depth knowledge of product categories, distillation processes, and brand identity, including passing knowledge assessments
  • Candidates must deliver a successful two to three-minute final presentation to qualify for event representation
