Responsibilities
- Engage directly with consumers at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption to provide education about the brand
- Build consumer trust by representing the brand in a relatable, authentic manner
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete required digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates as assigned
- Use technology platforms to receive instructions and submit required field data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand promotions
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers during promotional activities
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any violations
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related expenses using a company-issued payment card
- Receive promotional supplies either through pickup or delivery coordination
- Maintain accountability for company assets including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture digital photos during events and share content for social media use
- Identify key differentiators between the brand and competitors, and report competitive activity
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures
