Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to share knowledge and enhance understanding of products during key moments of discovery, purchase, and use
- Build consumer confidence by presenting brand stories in a relatable, authentic way
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand and program updates as required
- Use technology platforms to access information and record activities related to brand representation
- Arrive punctually at event locations dressed according to specified guidelines and ready to deliver planned activations
- Provide branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any breaches promptly
- Prepare retail locations with approved point-of-sale materials ahead of events
- Cover event-related expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return all company assets, including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Identify distinguishing qualities of the brand compared to others and monitor competitor actions in the region
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public interaction
- Follow all organizational policies and operational procedures

- Pass assessments evaluating product and brand knowledge
- Deliver a polished two to three-minute brand presentation during evaluations
