Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and educate them during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in a relatable, human way
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete required digital training modules for brand knowledge and program execution
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit reports as needed
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional plans
- Distribute branded merchandise to attendees as authorized
- Adhere to responsible service standards and report any violations
- Set up retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return company assets including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and share content for regional social media channels
- Recognize key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, and report competitive actions in the market
- Present a professional and welcoming appearance suitable for public interaction
- Follow all corporate policies and operational procedures
