Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to provide education at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption.
- Build consumer trust by authentically representing brand values through informative interactions.
- Guide customers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs.
- Use technology platforms efficiently to receive assignments and submit required information.
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver planned activities.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional efforts.
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches promptly.
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events.
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method.
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team.
- Ensure all company assets, including uniforms and event gear, are maintained and returned.
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system.
- Capture digital photos during events and support local social media content sharing.
- Articulate key differentiators between represented brands and competitor offerings, and report competitive insights.
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation.
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures.

- This role is classified as an occasional employment position.
- Employment does not guarantee a specific number of assignments.
- Candidates must demonstrate their ability to represent brands by delivering a two to three-minute 'Final' presentation.
- Employees must sign all necessary documentation and comply with marketing policies and the NA Marketing Code.
- Regular completion of online training related to product brands is expected.
- Employees must commit to deep brand immersion, gaining expertise in category knowledge, production methods, and brand heritage, and must pass related assessments.
