Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to provide education at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption.
- Build consumer trust by authentically representing brand values through informative engagement.
- Guide consumers through legal product sampling experiences in accordance with local laws and company policy.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs.
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required field data.
- Arrive punctually to events dressed per market-specific uniform standards and prepared to execute planned activities.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers during promotional events.
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any violations promptly.
- Set up and organize point-of-sale materials at retail or event locations.
- Cover event-related product or bar expenses using a company-provided payment method.
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the Event Team as scheduled.
- Maintain accountability for company assets, including uniforms and event materials, ensuring proper return.
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system.
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing for the region.
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, reporting relevant market observations.
- Present a professional, brand-appropriate appearance during all consumer interactions.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct standards.

- Individuals must demonstrate deep understanding of product categories, distillation processes, and brand heritage, verified through knowledge assessments.
- Candidates must deliver a successful two to three-minute live presentation to demonstrate readiness for consumer-facing brand representation.
