Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to Covid-19 to ensure a secure environment for participants.
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and educate them at key moments of product experience, purchase, and use.
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand values in a relatable and authentic manner.
- Guide consumers through legal product sampling experiences in alignment with local regulations and company policy.
- Complete assigned paid digital training modules to remain current on brand knowledge and program requirements.
- Utilize technology platforms for receiving assignments and submitting required data to represent the brand effectively.
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional activities as defined.
- Distribute promotional items to consumers during events.
- Follow responsible service practices and report any violations promptly.
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials prior to events.
- Use company-provided debit card to cover product or bar-related expenses.
- Collect necessary materials before scheduled activations to ensure successful event execution.
- Ensure all company-issued assets, including uniforms and event supplies, are properly maintained and returned.
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated digital reporting system.
- Capture high-quality digital photos during events and contribute content for social media channels.
- Identify key differentiators between the brand and competing products, and report competitive market activity.
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction.
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.
