Responsibilities
- Adhere to all current health and safety protocols related to Covid-19
- Interact directly with customers to inform and guide them at key moments of product discovery, purchase, and use
- Create authentic connections with consumers by sharing brand stories and fostering trust through knowledge
- Guide participants through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand and program updates
- Utilize technology platforms for receiving instructions and submitting required field data
- Arrive punctually at scheduled events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional plans
- Provide branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional activities
- Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded display materials prior to events
- Cover event-related purchases using a company-issued payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return all company assets, including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Recognize distinctions between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive actions in the market
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures
