Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers at events to inform and educate them during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in a relatable and authentic way
- Guide attendees through structured product sampling experiences for designated brands
- Complete assigned digital training modules on market trends, brand knowledge, and program requirements
- Use digital tools and platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually to events in approved attire and ready to deliver promotions according to brand standards
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches promptly
- Set up and manage point-of-sale materials at retail or event locations as needed
- Cover event-related product or bar expenses using a company-provided debit card
- Receive or collect promotional supplies from the Event Team as scheduled
- Maintain and return company assets, including uniforms and event materials, in good condition
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events to document and share brand activations
- Identify and communicate how featured brands stand apart from competitors and report competitive activity
- Present a professional and brand-appropriate appearance during all consumer interactions
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures

- Meet both consumer engagement goals and client marketing objectives
- Be personable and capable of initiating conversations with consumers
- Complete and sign all mandatory documentation
- Comply with all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Diageo Marketing Code
- Participate in recurring online training sessions on client brands
- Gain in-depth understanding of product categories, distillation methods, production processes, and brand heritage
- Pass assessments measuring brand and product knowledge
- Deliver a polished two to three-minute brand presentation during evaluations
- This is an occasional employment role with no guaranteed number of assignments
