Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and guide them during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments
- Adhere to responsible service practices and protocols at all times
- Organize and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials at retail locations
- Collect necessary supplies and materials to support scheduled brand events or activations
- Take responsibility for the proper handling, use, and return of company-issued assets such as uniforms and event equipment
- Use a personal smartphone to capture event images and submit post-event summaries digitally
- Present a professional and brand-appropriate appearance when interacting with the public
- Comply with all safety protocols related to Covid-19 to ensure a secure environment for participants and staff
