Responsibilities
- Engage directly with consumers to provide education about products at moments of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in an authentic and relatable way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs
- Use technology platforms efficiently to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to market-specific guidelines and ready to execute promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise and promotional items to consumers as authorized
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any violations promptly
- Prepare retail locations with approved point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover product or bar expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the Event Team as scheduled
- Safeguard and return all company-issued assets including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and share content for social media channels
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Follow all corporate policies and operational procedures during assignments

- This role is classified as occasional employment with no guaranteed volume of work
- Employment does not ensure assignment to a specific number of events or tasks
- Required to sign all necessary documentation for participation
- Expected to comply with all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Marketing Code
- Must complete ongoing online training related to brand and product knowledge
- Required to pass assessments covering product category, production methods, and brand details
- Must deliver a final 2-3 minute brand presentation during events
- Punctuality and proper attire are mandatory for all scheduled events
- Responsible service guidelines must be followed and violations reported
- Bar tabs or product purchases must be made using company-issued debit card
- Promotional materials must be collected or accepted from the Event Team
- Company property such as uniforms and event supplies must be maintained and returned
- Post-event recap must be submitted via the marketing reporting website
- Digital event photography is required and may be used for social media
- Market competition activity must be observed and reported
