Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers at key moments including experience, purchase, and consumption to share brand knowledge
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in an authentic, relatable way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand information and promotional programs
- Use technology platforms effectively to receive instructions and submit required data
- Arrive punctually to events dressed according to market-specific guidelines and ready to deliver brand activations
- Distribute branded promotional items to consumers as part of marketing initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service standards and report any breaches promptly
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover product or bar expenses using a company-provided debit card
- Receive or collect promotional supplies from the Event Team as needed
- Safeguard and return all company assets, including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture event photos digitally and support local social media content
- Identify key differences between the brand and competing products, and monitor competitor activity in the region
- Present a professional and brand-appropriate appearance during consumer interactions
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures

- Employment does not guarantee a set number of assignments
- Required to complete digital training for brand and program updates as assigned
- Expected to use tech platforms for receiving and submitting information
- Obligated to follow responsible service standards and report violations
- Responsible for covering product or bar costs using a company-issued debit card
- Accountable for the proper handling and return of company-owned items such as uniforms and promotional materials
- Required to submit post-event reports via the marketing reporting website
- Expected to take event photographs and support local social media presence
