Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during product experiences to inform and educate
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand stories in a relatable way
- Guide participants through legal product sampling experiences as defined by program guidelines
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand and marketing programs
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team standards and ready to execute planned activities
- Distribute branded promotional items to attendees
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return company assets such as uniforms and event equipment
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between represented brands and competitor offerings, reporting market observations
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment role with no guaranteed volume of work
- Hiring does not ensure consistent or ongoing assignments
- Required to sign all necessary onboarding and compliance documents
- Expected to follow all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Diageo Marketing Code
- Regular completion of online training related to brand knowledge is mandatory
- Must develop in-depth understanding of product categories, distillation methods, and brand heritage
- Passing knowledge assessments is a condition of continued engagement
- Must deliver a successful two to three-minute 'Final' presentation to demonstrate brand representation skills
