Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments to provide education and guidance.
- Bring brand stories to life in a relatable way to foster consumer trust and connection.
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences, adhering to legal and policy requirements.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and marketing programs.
- Use technology platforms to receive instructions and report event-related information.
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to local team guidelines and ready to deliver planned activities.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional efforts.
- Follow and enforce responsible service practices and report any breaches.
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events.
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method.
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team.
- Maintain and return company assets, including uniforms and event materials.
- Submit post-event summaries through the marketing reporting system.
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing.
- Identify key differences between the brand and competing products, and report competitive market activity.
- Present a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction.
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures.

- This is an occasional employment position with no guaranteed number of assignments.
- Employment does not ensure a specific volume of work or event participation.
- Employees must sign all required documentation and comply with marketing policies and the North America Marketing Code.
- Employees must fully engage in training to gain in-depth knowledge of product categories, production methods, and brand heritage, and pass related assessments.
- Employees must demonstrate their expertise and engagement skills through a two to three-minute 'Final' presentation.
- In addition to event participation, employees are required to complete ongoing online training for client brands.
