Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments to share brand knowledge
- Adhere to responsible service practices and alcohol safety protocols
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale displays at retail and event locations
- Collect and transport materials needed for scheduled brand activations
- Properly manage and return company-issued assets such as uniforms and promotional items
- Use a personal smartphone to capture event photos and submit post-event summaries
- Maintain a professional and brand-appropriate appearance during all consumer interactions
- Comply with all current health and safety protocols related to COVID-19

Remote (City/Region) — Springfield, MO

- Schedule is flexible; the majority of events are held Thursday through Sunday, typically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM
- Activation sessions generally last between 2 and 4 hours
- This is an occasional, as-needed employment position
- Employment does not guarantee a specific number of assigned events
- In addition to event participation, team members must complete periodic paid online training modules to remain current on client brand messaging
- Reliability is required—unreliable candidates should not apply
- Events may be hosted at various locations including retail stores, bars, nightclubs, and sports venues
