Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and guide their experience at locations where products are sampled, purchased, or consumed
- Build genuine connections with consumers by sharing brand knowledge and fostering credibility
- Guide attendees through tasting experiences featuring select products, in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Consistently complete required digital training modules on brand and program updates as assigned
- Utilize digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information for brand representation
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers during events
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any breaches of protocol
- Prepare retail locations with branded displays and materials prior to events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Ensure all company-issued items, including uniforms and event assets, are properly maintained and returned
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing for the region
- Recognize key distinctions between the brand and competing products, and report competitive market activity
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for direct consumer interaction
- Comply with all corporate policies and operational procedures
