Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to inform and enhance their experience at locations where products are served or sold
- Build consumer confidence by representing brands in an authentic, approachable manner through educational conversations
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policies
- Complete assigned digital learning modules on brand knowledge and promotional programs on a recurring basis
- Utilize digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information for brand representation
- Attend scheduled events punctually, dressed according to team guidelines, and ready to conduct planned activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional initiatives
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and document any breaches of these standards
- Prepare retail locations with branded displays and marketing materials prior to events
- Cover event-related product or bar expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies delivered by the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return all company-owned assets, including uniforms and event equipment
- Submit a post-event summary report through the designated marketing platform
- Capture photographs during events and share content for use on regional social media channels
- Identify key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and monitor local market competition
- Maintain a professional and brand-appropriate appearance when interacting with the public
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment role with no guaranteed number of assigned events
- Completion of periodic online training related to brand knowledge is required
- Passing assessments on product category, distillation methods, and brand specifics is mandatory
- Delivery of a two- to three-minute final presentation showcasing brand representation skills is required
- Adherence to responsible service standards is mandatory
- Use of a company-issued debit card for event-related purchases is required
- Receipt or collection of promotional materials from the Event Team is expected
- Proper handling and return of company assets, including uniforms and event supplies, is required
- Submission of a post-event report (ERF) via the marketing reporting system is mandatory
- Taking digital photos during events and contributing to regional social media presence is required
- Must follow all company policies and procedures as outlined
