Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to share knowledge about products during purchase, use, or discovery moments
- Create authentic connections with consumers by providing clear, engaging brand education
- Guide customers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company guidelines
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and promotional programs
- Use digital tools and platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually to scheduled events dressed in approved attire and ready to carry out promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise and promotional items to consumers as permitted
- Prepare retail locations with company-approved point-of-sale displays
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
- Capture digital photographs during events and support local social media content sharing
- Recognize key differences between the brand and competing products and report competitive actions observed in the market
- Maintain a professional appearance suitable for public interaction
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
