Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers at events to inform and guide their experience with featured products
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand messaging in a relatable and authentic way
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences where permitted by law and internal guidelines
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and campaign protocols
- Use technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required field data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to brand standards and ready to deliver planned activations
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers as part of promotional efforts
- Adhere to responsible service practices and report any policy breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials before events
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team
- Safeguard and return all company-issued assets including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture event photos and share content for regional social media channels
- Explain key differentiators between the represented brand and competing products
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all corporate policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment role with no guarantee of ongoing assignments
- Hiring does not ensure a specific number of scheduled events or tasks
- Must complete and sign all mandatory documentation
- Required to follow all marketing policies, procedures, and the North America Marketing Code
- Attend recurring online training sessions on client brand information
- Deliver a final 2-3 minute presentation as part of the qualification process
- Follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report any violations
- Cover bar spend or product costs using a company-issued debit card
- Receive or collect promotional materials from the Event Team
- Maintain and return company property such as uniforms and event assets
- Submit post-event summaries via the MKTG reporting website
- Take digital photos during events and contribute to local social media
- Identify and report competitive brand activity in the market
