Responsibilities
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide them during product experiences, purchases, and consumption moments.
- Build consumer trust by presenting brand values in a relatable and authentic manner through informative conversations.
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program requirements on a regular basis.
- Use digital tools and platforms to receive instructions and submit required field data.
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to deliver brand activations as directed.
- Distribute branded merchandise to consumers in alignment with promotional plans.
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches promptly.
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials prior to events.
- Cover event-related product costs using a company-provided payment method.
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event logistics team as needed.
- Safeguard and return all company-issued assets including uniforms and event materials.
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting platform.
- Capture digital photos during events and support local social media content sharing.
- Recognize key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive market activity.
- Present a professional and brand-appropriate appearance during all consumer interactions.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and field guidelines.

- This role is classified as an occasional employment position with no guaranteed minimum number of assignments.
- Acceptance into the Brand Educator role requires signing all mandatory documents and complying with all marketing policies and the North America Diageo Marketing Code.
- Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of a two- to three-minute presentation demonstrating engagement and brand knowledge.
- Assignment frequency is not guaranteed and depends on program needs.
