Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to share knowledge about products during key moments of interaction, purchase, and use
- Create authentic connections with consumers by providing informative experiences that foster trust
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and internal policies
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program updates
- Use digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed according to team guidelines and ready to carry out promotional activities
- Distribute branded merchandise to event participants
- Adhere to responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded display materials before events
- Cover product or service costs at events using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Safeguard and return all company-issued equipment and materials
- Submit event summaries through the designated digital reporting system
- Capture photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Identify unique qualities of the brand compared to market competitors and share insights on rival activity
- Present a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

- This is an occasional employment position with no guaranteed number of assignments
- Acceptance into the Brand Educator role does not ensure consistent work volume
- Punctuality and readiness to conduct promotions according to program standards are mandatory
