Responsibilities
- Adhere to all applicable health and safety protocols related to public gatherings
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide their experience at purchase and consumption points
- Create authentic connections with audiences to foster brand credibility through education
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand knowledge and program requirements
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required field data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed in approved attire and ready to deliver on program goals
- Distribute promotional items to consumers as part of campaign execution
- Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials ahead of events
- Cover event-related expenses using a company-provided payment method
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return all company-issued assets, including uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated marketing platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report competitive activity
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public interaction
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

Remote (City/Region) — Chico, Napa, Santa Rosa, Redding

- Applicants must be available for events Thursday through Saturday, typically between 4 PM and midnight
- Event durations generally range from 2 to 4 hours
- Minimum age requirement is 21 years old
- This is an occasional, non-permanent employment role
- Employment does not guarantee a set number of event assignments
- Individuals must demonstrate deep understanding of product category, distillation methods, and brand story, and pass related knowledge assessments
- Must deliver a two to three-minute live presentation to demonstrate readiness for consumer engagement
- All hires must sign required documentation and comply with marketing policies and procedures
