Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to retail locations to ensure brand presence and support
- Ensure proper placement of point-of-purchase materials and distribute new displays as needed
- Gather relevant product feedback and market data through structured surveys
- Drive sales of various products including prepaid cards, calling services, and financial solutions
- Assist in completing applications for financial services such as money transfers and bill payments
- Present and onboard retailers to new product offerings
- Monitor and report on competitor products and market trends
- Compile daily route reports, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, sales strategies, and promotional details
- Identify and report retailers with insufficient inventory or low account balances
- Support company presence at promotional events and in-store campaigns
- Generate leads and increase adoption across all retail product lines
- Use CRM tools to update and maintain retailer profiles, notes, and photo documentation

- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle; mileage and fuel costs are reimbursed
- Frequent in-person visits to retail locations are required
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including use of tablets and Bluetooth-connected devices
