Weisiger Group is hiring a Branch Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational excellence through structured team huddles, on-site leadership walks, problem resolution, and consistent management practices
  • Track and improve key performance indicators related to safety, product quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and financial results
  • Design and execute process enhancements and organizational changes, collaborating with central improvement and support teams when needed
  • Grow revenue and profitability by managing parts, service, and rental operations to meet defined sales and margin goals
  • Enforce company safety protocols and training programs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices
  • Hire, interview, and onboard new team members, while establishing training plans and supporting professional growth
  • Evaluate employee performance, deliver feedback, and manage development actions including promotions, compensation changes, and disciplinary measures
  • Engage with customers to maintain strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure clear communication with external partners and suppliers
  • Host quarterly reviews with major accounts to assess performance and strengthen partnerships
  • Analyze accounts receivable and collaborate with after-market sales to shape territory strategies that support growth objectives
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by leadership
