Zensar Technologies is looking for a team-oriented Blue Planet Developer (BPI Developer) to solve complex problems and build modular, scalable software. You will produce high-quality code for large-scale applications within carrier-class networks and cloud environments, handling tasks from design and development to testing and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and unit test software modules or features for new or upgraded systems and products.
- Develop and implement software according to project plans and priorities.
- Document software design and analysis comprehensively.
- Write and maintain Java code, create Spring beans, and develop JUnit tests.
- Develop and extend GUI components such as grids and reports using core product modules.
- Adhere to established coding and documentation standards while extending core product components.
- Write and optimize database queries and procedures, primarily for Neo4j and PostgreSQL.
- Support debugging, deployment, and environment setup using tools like Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Operate within a global team environment and participate in status meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align development with business needs.
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend Development: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SVG.
- Frontend Frameworks/Libraries: Angular 2+, Node.js/npm, Gulp.
- Frontend Testing: Protractor, Jasmine.
- Backend Development: Java 11+, J2EE.
- Backend Frameworks/Libraries: Maven, Spring (Data, Security, MVC), SpringBoot.
- Backend Testing: JUnit.
- Databases: Neo4j (Graph DB), PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB.
- Additional Skills: ElasticSearch, Camunda / BPMN / OSM / Workflow, Drools, Kafka integration, RESTful APIs (using Spring MVC), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Programming Concepts: Algorithms, data structures, database concepts (relational and graph).
- Domain Knowledge: Telecom, OSS (Operational Support Systems), Inventory Management.
Nice to Have
- Helpful Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CKD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer.
