Responsibilities
- Generate and issue sales invoices
- Manage online accounting records in QuickBooks and maintain digital filing within Teams
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Carry out reconciliations for credit cards and bank accounts
- Record petty cash disbursements and tour manager cash advances
- Prepare digital payment batches for supervisory approval
- Process expense submissions for company directors
- Enter and reconcile intercompany transactions in QuickBooks using local currencies
- Revalue foreign currency account balances at the close of each month
- Support accounting leads as assigned, including the following tasks
- Assist in compiling VAT return documentation
- Help prepare financial records for tours
- Support the creation of management accounts
- Aid in preparing annual financial statements
- Help collect data for individual and corporate tax filings
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management, appropriate to role level
