Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, including daily transaction recording, categorization, and reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed.
- Support general ledger maintenance and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle payroll entry reviews and tax-related support documentation (if applicable).
- Collaborate with US-based accounting firms and client teams to resolve variances and provide financial updates.
- Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and internal controls.
- Assist with audits, clean-ups, catch-up bookkeeping, and workflow optimization.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online efficiently to maintain system integrity and client data security.
