Responsibilities

- Revise treatment plans based on ongoing performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on client care
- Document sessions and maintain accurate client records
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Provide feedback to support staff on implementation fidelity
- Address behavioral crises with appropriate de-escalation protocols
- Coordinate services with schools and external providers
- Maintain certification and continuing education requirements
- Support program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
- Design reinforcement systems tailored to individual learners
- Oversee data collection procedures for reliability
- Communicate client outcomes to stakeholders
