About the Role

The professional will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, supervise therapy implementation, and monitor progress using data-driven methods within a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for new clients
  • Develop individualized intervention strategies based on assessment findings
  • Supervise registered behavior technicians during therapy sessions
  • Train caregivers in behavior management techniques
  • Monitor client progress through direct observation and data analysis
  • Revise treatment plans based on ongoing performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on client care
  • Document sessions and maintain accurate client records
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Provide feedback to support staff on implementation fidelity
  • Address behavioral crises with appropriate de-escalation protocols
  • Coordinate services with schools and external providers
  • Maintain certification and continuing education requirements
  • Support program development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
  • Design reinforcement systems tailored to individual learners
  • Oversee data collection procedures for reliability
  • Communicate client outcomes to stakeholders
  • Promote skill generalization across environments
