Summary of Essential Job Functions - Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions - Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs - Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff - Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance - Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic - Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review - Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care - Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis - Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis Minimum Requirements - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification - Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan - 2+ years of experience preferred - Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism - Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model - Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning - Managerial experience preferred but not required - Effective oral and written communication skills - Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations - Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services Healing Haven is an equal opportunity employer.
