Responsibilities
- Lead individualized ABA programs via Telehealth across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo's proprietary care application and data systems.
- Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience post-certification.
- Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, based on client needs and within the time zone of your caseload.
- Must reside in one of Kyo's priority states of operation.
- Strong internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable video conferencing capability.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and operate standard computer equipment for the duration of the workday.

- Pay Range: $78,000 - $90,000 Depending on Education/Location
