About the Role
The position involves leading behavior analytic services for individuals across various settings, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented effectively and collaboratively with families and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized behavior intervention strategies based on assessments
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data trends
- Supervise the implementation of behavior plans by behavior technicians
- Train caregivers and team members on behavior management techniques
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Collaborate with families to support skill development and behavior goals
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by certifying bodies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations to direct support staff
- Oversee the fidelity of intervention delivery across settings
- Address complex behavioral challenges using data-driven methods
- Support transitions between programs or environments when necessary
- Assist in the development of agency training materials and protocols
- Promote client independence and community integration
Nice to Have
- Experience in home-based and community ABA programs
- Familiarity with school system collaboration
- Training in crisis prevention or behavior emergency procedures
- Experience mentoring RBTs or trainees
- Proficiency with electronic data systems
Compensation
Sign-on bonus available; incentive opportunities totaling up to $24,500 based on tenure and performance
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role with travel across client homes, schools, and community settings
