About the Role
This position involves delivering BMC Helix implementations, configuring workflows, and supporting clients through system integration and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement BMC Helix solutions tailored to client requirements
- Configure workflows and business rules within the Helix platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical specifications
- Support integration with third-party systems and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
- Develop custom applications using Helix scripting tools
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Document technical designs and solution configurations
- Participate in agile project delivery cycles
- Provide technical guidance during client onboarding
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Assist in testing and quality assurance processes
- Deliver post-implementation support and maintenance
- Stay current with BMC product updates and features
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on deployment timelines
- Translate business needs into technical configurations
- Maintain version control for development artifacts
- Support data migration and transformation tasks
- Conduct system audits and health checks
- Lead configuration reviews and technical walkthroughs
- Assist in user training and knowledge transfer
- Monitor incident resolution workflows
- Implement automation to improve operational efficiency
- Support change management processes within client environments
- Ensure adherence to project scope and timelines
Nice to Have

- Hands-on experience with IT Operations Management modules
