Responsibilities
- Assist production sites in optimizing and maintaining production equipment, especially extrusion blow molding machines.
- Implement actions to prevent or reduce machine downtime.
- Manage projects for repairing, overhauling, and relocating production machinery, including creating schedules and cost estimates.
- Perform manual tasks for assembling, disassembling, and repairing machine parts.
- Clean and inspect components, and obtain and compare quotes when needed.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure proper work execution and minimize downtime, in collaboration with production planning and site management.
- Assess and document machinery condition, derive necessary actions, and maintain the relevant database.
- Create technical specifications.
- Develop systematic maintenance schedules.
- Conduct training sessions on repair and maintenance topics.
- Write service instructions and guidelines.
