MLabs is hiring a Blockchain Software Engineer to build and scale our next-generation payments infrastructure. You will join a backend-focused team working directly on the product, shipping systems that will operate at a serious scale and touch real users globally.
What You'll Do
- Play a key role in shaping the technical and product roadmap.
- Build and scale backend services that interact with blockchain infrastructure.
- Work directly with smart contracts across multiple chains.
- Develop and support new smart contracts and blockchain integrations.
- Help scale on-chain infrastructure to millions of users globally.
- Ship new features quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Influence architectural decisions in a rapidly evolving product.
What We're Looking For
- 2–10+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js and modern backend technologies.
- Hands-on experience interacting with blockchains and smart contracts.
- A backend engineer with real blockchain exposure (not just interest).
- Crypto-curious at minimum.
- Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced teams.
Nice to Have
- Crypto-native is a plus.
- Fintech experience (neobanks, card issuing, payments infrastructure).
