EWOR GmbH is hiring a Biotech Co-Founder / CPO to start and scale your own venture as an entrepreneur. You will be directly employed to build your startup, receiving a salary or up to €500k in funding, intensive coaching, and comprehensive support in hiring, fundraising, and achieving product-market fit.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup in fields such as Biotech.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language.
