Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and run a Post Print Mounter machine, with additional training expected on Die Cutters.
- Examine equipment to identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Operate automated machinery with multiple integrated stations that process collated sheets or signatures, performing tasks such as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering, and stacking.
- Make precise adjustments to synchronize various workstations on a single machine.
- Lead and supervise team members through all stages of production.
- Track and maintain standards for quality, output volume, and operational efficiency.
