Responsibilities
- Configure, calibrate, and run various auxiliary binding machines equipped with multiple cutting heads, control panels, or add-on components
- Operate machines with several integrated functions, such as powered cutters, collators, folders, and binders, capable of forming a full production line
- Conduct safety checks on equipment before and during operation
- Run automated adhesive binding systems that process collated sheets through multiple stages including milling, roughening, gluing, and covering
- Adjust and synchronize multiple processing stations within a single machine to ensure consistent output
- Supervise team members across all phases of production workflow
- Track product quality, production volume, and operational efficiency
