Responsibilities

  • Address customer billing inquiries with speed and professionalism to maintain satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and clients through phone and email.
  • Examine billing discrepancies and deliver precise resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Detect recurring issues in billing inquiries and suggest improvements to workflows.
  • Organize and prioritize billing-related tasks to consistently meet service level agreements.
  • Handle more than 1,500 tickets each month using the company's order ticketing platform.
  • Enter new billing records, apply appropriate charges, and issue credit adjustments.
  • Support a range of administrative duties tied to billing processes.
