Responsibilities
- Lead team members through regular one-on-one meetings, performance oversight, and support on work-related questions.
- Manage the end-of-month invoicing workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Identify opportunities to refine and improve billing processes for greater efficiency.
- Partner with internal departments and clients to troubleshoot billing issues and strengthen professional relationships.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries quickly and effectively to ensure high service standards.
