Responsibilities
- Conducts evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth.
- Develops and implements goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Completes documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations.
- Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system.
- Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed.

- The primary work location varies.
- This is a professional work environment where a computer, desk, chair, and office supplies will be provided in either office.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak on the phone or through virtual telehealth sessions conducted on a computer throughout the day, stand and sit for an extended period, and be able to write and answer emails in addition to carrying objects no greater than 20 pounds, when needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
